I had a brand new tire that I purchased from someone else. There was a hole in the sidewall which I know they won’t repair. No big deal. They sold me a used tire for $60 and put it on for me. I got about 25 miles down the road when it started going flat. I took it to another tire shop and they said the tire had been repaired, but it wasn’t repaired properly.

I bought two use tire and one of the man charge me 49 each = 95 for two. The other guy told me 100 dollar. I was check and saw that those tire was like a new. Something wrong later. My one of the tire flat on my way home to siloam spring. My kids and I was lucky on the danger journey. I came back next day and those guys told me what you do it this tire is new? I told them I don’t know I was trust their service but their tire fail to my situation with danger on the road. I saw the inside the tire was cover with black dust. I saw the cover and knew that really bad inside but outside of it was like a new. I didn’t get money back but I took my own tire back the tire shop and they took their without money back. I will not buy tire from this tire shop again never.

So far so good, great price for tires and installment, changed 1 tire in less than 10 minutes and didn't damage my painted rims.

They sold me a tire with a nail in it. Drove maybe 1/4 of a mile to my house down the street and it was completely flat a few hours later. When I went to a different tire shop to have it fixed they told me they have people come in at least once a week saying a similar story. Not going back. Shady business.

please be warned about this place! i had a family emergency and had to go to a different state and need my tire changed before i left. they changed my tire and sent me on my way. not even 2 hours into the drive the tire popped in the middle of nowhere i had to leave my car on the side of the highway for 2 days until someone could come change it. i called them after the tire popped and they told me i could get a refund when i got back to arkansas. i came to back to arkansas and they told me i needed the tire that had popped to get a refund. we agreed that instead of a refund he would just replace one of my bad tires. they did not have the tire in stock so he told me to call in a couple of days. i did just that and he told they had the tire. i got there and they changed the tire but asked me to pay even though we agreed on just changing the bad tire instead of a refund. i gave in and just paid the money because i try to avoid confrontation. now with the tire he put on my car is pulling to one side and shaking!!
